We take pride in the quality of our products and assure 100% workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge or a full refund.
Please be reminded:
Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the product is delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
Replacements/Refunds (if applicable):
We are committed to providing you with the best products and will gladly replace your order or issue a full refund for the following reasons:
- The product is flawed or damaged due to our fault or the carrier’s.
- The product is misprinted.
- The received product is not what you ordered.
- The received product is significantly different from the product originally represented on our store.
- The product never arrived (Please visit our Shipping Policy).
For replacement requests, please use the Live Chat Option or email us at [email protected] with the following required information:
- Order number/ID
- Photos or video(s) of the defective product.
- If your claim is regarding a printing error, include photographs of the error.
- For size or placement issues, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs.
- If items are missing, provide an image of the received package’s cover with the detailed shipping label.
Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
Important Note: For other cases not mentioned above, we only offer partial refunds (excluding the shipping fee).
We typically do not accept replacements or refunds due to user error or incorrect information, such as:
- Wrong address
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong product selection, etc.
Therefore, we advise customers to carefully choose products using the product photos and the Size Guide included with each product before checkout.
Please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received, as sometimes advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display settings.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to reflect on your balance.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If the issue persists, please reach out to us through Live Chat or [email protected]. We will be glad to assist you through the process.
Cancellations:
We accept cancellations within 5 hours after the purchase. To submit cancellations or apply changes, contact us immediately through [email protected] or use the Live Chat on our website.
After 5 hours following your purchase, your order will be sent to production, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to apply changes or process order cancellations.
Returns:
At this time, we do not offer returns. If your item is defective, you don’t need to return the original item; we will resend you a replacement free of charge.
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that most of our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refunds unless the item has a major problem as stated under (Replacements/Refunds).
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace your damaged or defective order for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] following the procedure stated above. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will offer a replacement free of charge.
Shipping Costs:
As stated above, we typically do not accept returns, but if for any reason, we provided you with a return address, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
